Being made from uncooked hazelnuts is supposed to have a greater nutritional value. Having a lot of dietary proteins and vitamins, particularly vitamin E, can be used as a healthy snack to get your fill.

Though coconuts are filled with saturated fats, which are commonly known as bad fats, half of the saturated fat content is made of lauric acid. This is important because even through lauric acid does increase your bad cholesterol levels by a little bit; it increases your good cholesterol levels by far more. So Coconut is a good and bad fatty food.
