Ingredients
  1. 1 package of lean ground beef
  2. 1 white onion
  3. 2 red bell peppers
  4. 1 large zucchini
  5. 2 yellow squash
  6. 4 celery stalks
  7. 1 seedless jalapeño
  8. 12oz can of crushed tomatoes
  9. 12oz can of tomato puree
  10. 1 ½ cup chicken bone broth
  11. ¼ cup + 2tsp chili powder
  12. 1 ½ tsp salt
  13. dash of pepper
  14. 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  15. ½ tsp cumin
  16. 2 tbsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. On high heat brown onions, jalapeño and ground beef in
  2. Dice up all veggies and add to pot
  3. Bring down to medium heat
  4. Add liquids and mix in spices
  5. Let simmer for 25min on med/low heat (until vegetables are soft)
